Resolve customer queries regarding orders, payments, deliveries, product availability, returns, and technical issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations to customers. Document customer interactions in the system and follow up as needed, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Essential Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written communication skills, with strong grammar and spelling, as well as a customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach. You should be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute, with strong multitasking skills to handle multiple chats simultaneously. Additionally, you should be tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently, and remain calm under pressure, managing difficult or emotional customer interactions with empathy. Preferred Qualifications and Experience We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or chat support role, preferably in retail or e-commerce. Experience working in a remote environment is a plus, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and support tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce. You should have knowledge of basic troubleshooting steps for common customer issues, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools, and procedures.
