As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised, and that we put smiles on their faces. About the Role As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing in-station, real-time, hands-on support to our customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience, and you'll achieve this by communicating with them directly, empathizing with their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your passion for customer service will be evident in everything you do. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email, to resolve issues and provide support Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, ensuring that every customer feels valued and respected Uphold arenaflex values and respect every customer, providing a positive and professional experience Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, ensuring that they're informed and satisfied Clearly understand and respond appropriately to customer issues, using your knowledge and expertise to provide effective solutions Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, ensuring that every interaction is professional and polished Approach problems logically and with good judgment, ensuring that every customer outcome is positive and effective Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, using your expertise and knowledge to provide the best possible solution Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a High School or equivalent diploma, as well as previous experience in Customer Service. You should be able to effectively prioritize your work time to ensure efficiency, and you should be familiar with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook. Additionally, you should have experience with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools. Essential Qualifications High School or equivalent diploma Previous experience in Customer Service Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage your time efficiently, and make quick and effective decisions. You should also be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and you should be comfortable with technology and data analysis.
