About the Role: Online Chat Specialist As an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, engaging in online conversations with site visitors, responding to their queries, and providing prompt and accurate service. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately Promote interest in client products and services, consistently achieving established standards of the position Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed Assist with overflow work and other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances Essential Qualifications: Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within a larger team-oriented environment PC keyboarding and internet experience, with basic technical skills to navigate through smartphone and computer applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal, with the ability to compose professional emails Upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor, with a client-facing role experience Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple incoming requests for information while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an online chat or call center environment Familiarity with online chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Basic knowledge of website navigation and technical troubleshooting Experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
