Job Overview We are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated call center agents to join our team in Texas. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, conducting telephone screenings, and engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our customers.
