Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients through various channels, including live chat, phone, and email, to accelerate their cloud journey. As a Virtual Chat Representative, you will play a vital role in building a stronger leads database, nurturing leads, and qualifying marketing leads generated from various marketing events, campaigns, and activities. Your primary goal will be to educate clients about the advantages of arenaflex's cloud services, address their concerns, and provide tailored messaging to increase client understanding and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Respond to clients' inquiries promptly to accelerate their cloud journey Build a stronger leads database by engaging with clients through phone, email, and live chat Educate clients who are in the early stages of their cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest; educating to thought leadership Support leads with tailored messaging to increase client understanding of arenaflex's cloud services and unique differentiators with significant client use cases Through nurturing efforts, create higher-value leads resulting in higher conversion rates Opportunity to be part of a team leading global cross-functional MRC projects, driving operational excellence and improved customer experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field 4+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or customer engagement roles *OR* relevant educational background Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: arenaflex Cloud Specialist Certification/arenaflex Certified Solutions Architect - Associate A technical background in Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging technologies related to cloud computing: understand and identify potential opportunities for clients Proven success managing time and juggling multiple tasks in a high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly Ability to manage ambiguity Work experience in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization - cutting-edge products/services preferred Can listen to clients, see needs, and ask clarifying/testing questions Clear, concise, and confident communicator through phone or chat A quick learner with a strong interest in cloud services and technology Ability to think logically and structure responses Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
