Experienced Customer Service Representative – After Hours Remote Support Specialist for arenaflex, Delivering Exceptional Service and Making a Difference in People's Lives

In this exciting opportunity, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve member concerns, answer questions, and provide guidance on our service offerings. As a key member of our after-hours team, you will be working Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, with four 10-hour shifts, ensuring our members receive the support they need outside of regular business hours. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative – After Hours at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Receiving and documenting customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date in a timely manner Following established company procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our service delivery Inputting accurate trip data into our systems, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data integrity Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution Multitasking effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits and options Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a contact center environment 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35 words per minute or more Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications Ability to work independently under general supervision, with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively Experience working with customers who have complex needs or requirements, with a strong focus on empathy and understanding Knowledge of the healthcare or transportation industry, with a understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our members Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members who speak languages other than English Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and think critically Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls and a focus on meeting performance metrics Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in your work Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and resilient approach to your work Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
