Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, working remotely from Virginia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for resolving member concerns, answering questions, and ensuring that all requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
