About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our millions of plan members. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring that our members better understand their coverage and options. You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, and we will provide you with the necessary training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise. Key Responsibilities: Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing clear and concise information about their coverage and options Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients Receive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise Offer solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications A High School Diploma or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: An Associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills At least 6 months of health care experience What We Offer: At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance A wide range of supplemental benefits and discount programs, including tuition reimbursement A complete time-off package, including company-paid holidays, PTO, and Floating Holidays Benefit and PTO eligibility begins the month following your start day Opportunities for advancement and career growth, with paths to progression through our Career Mapping guide A competitive pay rate, starting at $17.50 per hour, with a typical pay range of $17.00 - $28.45 per hour Work Environment and Company Culture: At arenaflex, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that allows our colleagues to thrive.
