About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our millions of plan members. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring that our members better understand their coverage and options. You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, and we will provide you with the necessary training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise.
