Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our passengers. Your role will be to ensure that every interaction with our customers is positive, professional, and memorable. Key Responsibilities Check in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Patiently handle customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Knowledgeably answer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and other questions as they arise, providing accurate and helpful information to our passengers. Make announcements at the gate or over the general PA system regarding flight activity, ensuring that our passengers are informed and up-to-date. Be responsible for all flight movement messages between the gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors, coordinating effectively to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, interacting professionally with passengers, team members, and station leadership. You should have proficient computer skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We require our Customer Service Agents to be at least 18 years of age and possess a High school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for some airports, and you must be able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance, which includes an extensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check. Proficient computer skills : Ability to work effectively with computer systems and software. Problem-solving skills : Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
