Your responsibilities will include: Providing friendly, professional, and confident service to customers, addressing their travel concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, setting the tone for a positive travel experience. Assisting customers with ticketing and baggage handling, ensuring that their travel documents are in order and their luggage is handled with care. Communicating effectively with other departments and flight crews to ensure seamless travel operations. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to blithequark's uniform and appearance standards. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements: Be at least 18 years old. Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Be comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and new technologies. Be able to stand, walk, and handle baggage for an eight-hour shift. Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Be eligible to acquire and maintain credentials vital for the position, including but not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Service clearances. Be able to pass a background check and pre-placement drug screen. Be available to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays, with mandatory overtime required based on operational needs. Be able to lift up to 70 lbs and obtain required training certifications. Be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship. Successfully complete an interview and assessment to meet job qualifications. Demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance and a commitment to meeting our uniform and appearance standards.
