Job Overview As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex Locker+ locations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using critical thinking and creativity to find solutions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems Receive truck deliveries, verifying shipments and ensuring that all packages are handled with care Physical Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You'll also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).
