This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and advance your career while enjoying a fulfilling work-life balance. **What You'll Do** As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and leadership in the development, implementation, and deployment of customer service solutions within our client base. Your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with leaders, business experts, project managers, IT designers, technical leads, and other designers to understand requirements and develop a strategy that meets business needs for quarterly goals * Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation * Driving agreement on technical approach, setting schedules, and leading cross-functional teams from design through delivery * Maintaining and improving existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms using design-driven development and test-driven development * Investigating and troubleshooting complex issues; identifying and implementing solutions * Exploring and implementing new technologies to enhance current processes, security, and performance * Upholding the development of coding standards and compliance with best practices and security guidelines * Working closely with software designers and technical leads to ensure solutions meet long-term project development needs * Effectively participating in code development and testing **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll require: * **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Systems (CIS/MIS), or a related technical field + Experience in delivering SDLC solutions using ITIL/Agile/XP, or similar methodologies * **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Systems (CIS/MIS), or a related technical field + 3+ years of experience in providing technical leadership + Experience with Cloud Innovations and migrating applications to the cloud **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
