Our corporate capabilities are designed to drive business forward, and we're seeking talented professionals like you to join our Corporate teams and contribute to our success. **Job Summary** As a Representative Relations Expert, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining positive, value-added relationships with business leaders and HR Business Partners across arenaflex. You'll identify and resolve employee issues, provide guidance and training on presentation management, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain positive, consultative relationships with business leaders and HR Business Partners across arenaflex * Identify and resolve employee issues, including non-appearance, performance, conduct, and harassment, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws * Provide guidance and training on presentation management, including absence, performance, and conduct issues * Conduct meetings and goal-setting sessions to advance a positive workplace culture * Manage a wide range of tasks, including the development and improvement of policies and procedures, training on key HR issues, and contributing to the development and execution of Representative Relations programs aligned with business objectives and HR strategy * In some cases, conduct grievance investigations and work with resolutions, while identifying process improvement opportunities and policy gaps through trend analysis * Successfully partner and communicate with colleagues across arenaflex, including HR Business Partners, Compliance, Health and Safety, Health Services, and General Counsel's Office **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree and PHR certification preferred * Experience in an HR consulting role with a proven ability to influence without authority * Demonstrated ability to set boundaries, manage multiple tasks, and deliver against deadlines * Excellent interpersonal skills with experience managing various levels within an organization * Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in presenting and contributing to the development of employee communications and training programs * Sound analytical, decision-making, critical thinking, and planning skills, with the ability to understand complex HR issues and resolve conflict situations * High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications * Ability to conduct investigations and drive to positive resolutions **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in HR or a related field * SHRM-CP or SPHR certification * Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on employee engagement and conflict resolution * Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations * Experience with HR information systems and software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
