Job Summary We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Process orders accurately and efficiently, using our computer systems and software Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Previous customer service experience in a retail or food service environment Knowledge of our products and services Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and make change Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications Ability to work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits We're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
