About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Consumer Lending Audit Team in a call center environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers across various channels, including phone, text, chat, and video chat. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and be required to navigate multiple computer systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities Support customers and seek ways to improve inquiries or issues from customers with empathy regarding financial products and services. Perform routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations. Escalate questions and issues to senior employees as necessary. Provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving customer issues. Execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment. Meet or exceed business goals and objectives and navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information. Essential Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving customer issues. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of employees and customers, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives and navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information. Desired Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication, including but not limited to, supply action requests, updating personnel records, answering benefit or pay questions, resolving errors, researching questions, and other needs as requested by customers. Knowledge, understanding, and experience of internet, mobile, and social media technology. Job Expectations We require the following from our candidates: Must be able to attend full duration of required training period. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Ability to work additional hours as needed. Schedule may be eligible for a shift differential under the terms of the shift differential policy. Must work on-site at the location posted. Training Schedule We offer a comprehensive training program that will begin in July and will be Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm CST. The initial schedule after training will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with Sunday and Thursday off. Hours and days may change based on business needs and may include working nights, weekends, and holidays.
