**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Benefits Administration and Compliance**

As a member of our Benefits Administration team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial well-being of our associates and providing them with the tools and resources needed to achieve their long-term financial goals. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations, manage enrollment requests, and develop process education to ensure seamless execution. **About the Role** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Benefits Administration team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs. You'll work collaboratively with our team to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, simplify our approaches, and assist our associates in effectively understanding and engaging with their financial benefits. **Responsibilities** * Manage daily administration of the 401(k) plan and other benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations * Work with senior leadership and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes * Develop and implement process education to ensure seamless execution and compliance * Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve discrepancies in eligibility files and benefits administration * Manage plan design change projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and system changes * Develop and lead business customers through the challenge management system, ensuring adoption of changes and report requirements * Provide professional advice and guidance to others in the application of data and best practices * Support the implementation of business solutions, building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders * Model compliance with company guidelines and values, supporting business projects, values, and standards of ethics and integrity **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field * 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, data analysis, or a related field * Strong analytical skills, with experience working with big data sets and statistical analysis * Knowledge of 401(k) plans or other retirement plans * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and external stakeholders * Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects concurrently * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience working with data analysis tools and software **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a benefits administration or human resources role * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance * Experience working with third-party administrators (TPAs) and vendors * Certification in benefits administration or a related field * Experience working with data visualization tools and software **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Competitive salary and performance-based incentive awards * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families * Retirement plans, including a company match * Associate stock buy plan * Career development opportunities, including education and training programs * Paid time off, including vacation days, holidays, and sick leave * Flexible work arrangements, including part-time and full-time positions * Employee assistance programs, including mental health resources and employee wellness initiatives **Why Join arenaflex?** As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a global leader in retail operations, driving innovation and excellence in our industry.
