Job Overview We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Chat and Call Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and ensuring their complete satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities Manage order processing for customers using our proprietary order entry systems, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all orders. Collaborate with customers, sales representatives, and sales management via phone and email to address customer concerns, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems, ensuring seamless communication and prompt issue resolution. Process purchase orders and order restock of inventory, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. Maintain relationships with customers, gather feedback, and follow up with them to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Answer pricing and product inquiries, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers, and executing contract maintenance and informing customers of pricing contract changes. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Excellent telephone skills, with the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive and professional manner.
