Team or Function Overview As part of the Residential Customer Care team at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all our customers. Job Summary The Customer Care Representative I will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external arenaflex customers. Your focus will be on all aspects of the order process, including order placement, order management, customer knowledge, warranty processing, and plant follow-up. Additionally, you will maintain strong interdepartmental and customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. As the "Voice of the Consumer," you will contribute to improving our products for our customers, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement and customer-centricity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide customer service to our customers in a call center environment, ensuring that every interaction is professional, courteous, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. Offer customer service to external arenaflex customers regarding all aspects of the order process, including order placement, customer and plant follow-up, and product inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services. Deliver proactive service to customers by educating them about our products and alternative choices, as well as assisting our Sales Department in placing proactive outgoing service calls to customers, contributing to customer retention and satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities. Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate, real-time records of all conversations in our database, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Build relationships with external and internal arenaflex customers via phone and email to assist with all inquiries, fostering a culture of customer-centricity and support. Work as "sales support" for our Sales Team, providing critical support in customer interactions and ensuring that sales efforts are aligned with customer needs and expectations. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree, which is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered. Prior Customer Service experience, specifically in a call center environment, which is preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
