Job Opportunity: Work from Home Customer Service Representative arenaflex is seeking talented and compassionate individuals to join our team as Work from Home Customer Service Representatives in Florida. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must reside within 75 miles of our Specialty pharmacy location at 9310 Southpark Center Loop, Orlando, FL 32819. As a Pharmacy Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, providing critical telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and re-verifying benefits. Assist patients with translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy information system. Communicate and collect copay amounts, obtain authorizations, and work with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues. Utilize superb communication skills to effectively interact with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners, ensuring the timely processing of specialty medications and meeting financial and clinical expectations prior to fulfillment. Requirements for Success Essential Qualifications One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone. One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications. One year of computer keyboarding experience, with demonstrated skills and aptitude. Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology are highly preferred.
