About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through empathy and technical expertise. You will interface with client customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet, providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. Key Responsibilities Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking Resolve overdue bills, collect payments from the party responsible for the debt, and address client queries regarding delinquent accounts and help to develop repayment plans Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required Be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking database Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A High School Diploma and/or GED Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required Live within 25 to 30-mile radius of our site Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills The ability to work rotational shifts as needed Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in a similar customer service role Knowledge of client products and/or services Experience with decision-support tools and resources Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong empathy and active listening skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to investing in our people and providing opportunities for career growth and development.
