Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including scrubbing, researching, and validating provider contract records, updating status in customer systems, and researching and installing healthcare provider contracts. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying potential problems and discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions. You will also apply your knowledge of the healthcare and insurance domain to undertake problem-solving, identifying and resolving routine and non-routine problems, and escalating complex issues to more proficient team members when necessary. Key Responsibilities Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness Update status in customer systems, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions Research and install healthcare provider contracts, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents, analyzing information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge to undertake problem-solving, identifying and resolving routine and non-routine problems Monitor email box and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and education. The essential qualifications include: 1+ year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work 1+ year of experience in a professional/office-related environment, such as office support, data entry, clerical, or customer service, with regular scheduled shifts 1+ year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, including keyboard navigation, multiple screen use, and learning new software tools An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED Preferred qualifications include: Ability to communicate effectively in a professional/office setting, both orally and in writing Effective troubleshooting skills, with the ability to leverage research, analysis, and problem-solving skills Time management skills, with the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment Knowledge of AS400, Windows-based systems, Excel Spreadsheets, and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Training and Development All new hires will be required to successfully complete our comprehensive training course, demonstrating proficiency in the material. Work Schedule and Environment The required schedule availability for this position is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Please note that the shift schedule can be changed as per client requirements.
