Job Overview In this role, you will play a critical part in giving our clients a top-notch experience by compassionately assisting them with navigating an array of post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications. You will be the voice of blithequark, working to build a relationship with clients who reach us by inbound call, chats, and emails. Your passion for people and ability to think critically will enable you to make a significant impact and provide solutions that turn out best for our clients. Key Responsibilities Exhibit reliability and commitment to being available and on time for your full shift every day, ensuring we're prepared and available to help our clients when they need us most. Handle a high volume of contacts, managing an estimated 50-60 calls per shift in a quick and highly organized environment. Meet our superior performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, succeeding in gathering client support efficiency metrics, and other duties as assigned. Professionally connect with clients, building relationships and working to understand their concerns and needs. Listen effectively and show empathy, utilizing your peace promotion skills to de-escalate client concerns and find the best solution. Issue tackle and think systematically to solve client problems in a first contact goal approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts. Be educated and perform multiple tasks, navigating numerous programs, tabs, tools, and systems to quickly and effectively answer questions. Raise foundational issues and assist us in continuously improving, identifying areas where improvement is required for blithequark clients and offering any patterns with leadership. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree and have the ability to read, write, and comprehend English. An understanding of working within Windows Operating Systems or similar is also required. You should be proactive in your communication and planning, with a strong passion for people and a desire to learn and grow. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences. Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish and English. Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple programs and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
