Key Responsibilities Support the administration of key seller connections, including monthly and quarterly business reviews with payment card organizations Collect and analyze data for presentations to senior management, including regular payment metrics Perform daily examinations that may impact business performance and decision-making, and collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders as needed Learn, maintain, and influence digital reporting processes Use data modeling to demonstrate the performance of business KPIs Assist with the identification and monitoring of payment card network compliance issues Provide project support and guidance to other colleagues Satisfy ad-hoc requests and complete special projects Acquire new skills as needed to support the requirements of the Payments Group and the Financial Services Division Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: A Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of payment processing techniques Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions A proven track record of successfully managing multiple, concurrent projects Experience with project management, including the ability to create and execute detailed project plans Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL, with the ability to analyze complex data and create informative presentations Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Knowledge of Python and data analysis techniques Experience with digital reporting processes and data modeling A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to identify areas for improvement Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
