Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier experiences to our clients when they need it most. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, resolving issues and providing solutions that meet their needs Compassionately assist clients with navigating post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications Exhibit reliability and commitment to being available and on time for your full shift every day, ensuring that we are prepared and available to help our clients when they need us most Meet our elite performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, succeeding in gathering client care efficiency metrics, and other duties as assigned Professionally connect with clients, building relationships and working to understand their needs and concerns Listen effectively and show empathy, using your problem-solving skills to find the best solution for each client De-escalate client concerns, using your negotiating skills to balance the needs of the client with the options available from the business Be educated and perform multiple tasks, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and systems to quickly and effectively answer questions Raise foundational issues, identifying areas where improvement is needed and offering suggestions to management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and ability to navigate multiple programs and systems Ability to read, write, and understand Spanish and English Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Experience working in a call center or similar environment Knowledge of customer service software and technology Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a busy environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and ability to navigate multiple programs and systems Ability to read, write, and understand Spanish and English Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to investing in the development and growth of our employees.
