We're committed to providing opportunities for growth and development, and we're proud of our track record of promoting from within. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner * Providing exceptional customer service through active listening and empathy * Working with confidential customer information and treating it with sensitivity * Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful * Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues to improve our services * Upselling when required to meet customer needs **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients' customers.
