Job Expectations As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional guest service to our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining courteous and professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community at large. You will also be expected to maintain a neat appearance and good personal hygiene, in compliance with arenaflex's image standards. Maintain courteous, professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and community at large Maintain neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with arenaflex's image standards Support and follow established safety, security, quality guidelines as well as arenaflex's policies, procedures, practices, and programs Report accidents or incidents to the manager immediately Preserve safety of self, fellow employees, and all others in the work location by utilizing the arenaflex Loss Prevention process Ensure food safety hygiene in accordance with county regulations is followed to include proper sanitation, food handling, preparation, storage, and disposal procedures Follow federal law and company standards on carding customers for all age-restricted products sold at the stations Work professionally with vendors and contractors Regular and punctual attendance is expected Follow proper kitchen and sanitation procedures in accordance with city and county regulations during cooking of products Essential Functions In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, conducting point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be expected to prepare food and hot beverage products, manage inventory, and promote store specials and marketing programs. Provide exceptional guest service, being courteous, always greeting and thanking all customers while making eye contact Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely while adhering to arenaflex guidelines and procedures Maintain cash drawer to be at or below maximum level, securing all funds in safe and performing cashier reconciliation at each end of shift Perform consistent station cleaning of the indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash, if applicable Prepare food and hot beverage products, effectively managing foodservice and beverages to ensure maximization of sales and minimization of loss Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs Cross-check price of delivered goods for accuracy Distribute delivered goods in an orderly manner throughout the store, continuously ensuring shelves are full of products Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to be available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. You will also need to have strong attention to detail, the ability to handle challenging situations professionally, and excellent judgment. If you have cooking or restaurant experience, that's a plus.
