About the Role The Customer Services Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, parents, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the high standards of excellence that arenaflex embodies. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external customers, addressing their needs, offering options, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. Identify and prioritize problems and issues related to the service area, performing research, offering solutions, and referring to appropriate personnel or departments as needed. Train, schedule, assign, and prioritize workloads, interpreting operating policies and procedures to ensure the timely completion of departmental tasks. Inspect vehicle gates daily, perform preventive maintenance, and undertake minor repairs as required, ensuring the smooth operation of university-owned properties. Meet with vendors for major repairs, repair and install signage, paint and remove graffiti, and check gate entrances for water and supplies, maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of university facilities. Provide university village coverage, assist with mobile duties, and participate in opening and closing procedures for the USC HSC/UPC campus, ensuring seamless operations and support. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid CA driver's license, with participation in the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Pull Notice System. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Bachelor's Degree. 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
