We're a team of passionate individuals who share a common goal: to deliver exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. **The Opportunity** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our customers, providing personalized support and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. Our remote work environment is designed to support your productivity and well-being, with regular check-ins and coaching to ensure your success. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer 60-80 incoming phone interactions per day, identifying the type of assistance the customer requires and providing a positive experience and resolution. * Provide problem-solving steps by confidently asking the right questions and researching options to determine the best resolution. * Seek support from resources in our Transportation, Drop Ship, Order Verification, and Technical Support teams to provide up-to-date information and increase customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate customer records by updating the information in our ERP system of record. * Be the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and suggesting creative solutions to improve customer satisfaction. **What We're Looking For in a Candidate** * At least 1 year of experience working with customers, preferably in a customer service or call center environment. * A customer-first attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. * Self-motivated, independent decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and helpful tone. * Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor, with empathy and patience. * A genuine commitment to providing an Outstanding Northern Experience (ONE). * Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus. * Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task. * Wired, high-speed Internet and phone connection. * A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise. **What We Offer** * Extensive training to prepare you to work from home, including equipment and support. * A dynamic and supportive team environment, with regular check-ins and coaching. * Flexible scheduling, with the ability to manage your own schedule and work at your own pace. * Opportunities for growth and career development, with on-the-job training, learning & development programs, and tuition reimbursement. * A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and generous employee discount. **Work Environment and Culture** * Our Contact Center hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7AM-7PM, Saturday 8AM-5PM, and Sunday 8AM-5PM. * Training will be 8AM-5PM CST Monday-Friday for the first 10 weeks. * Following training, representatives will be scheduled to work Monday-Friday between 10AM-7PM CST and every 4th weekend (Saturday and Sunday) with days off during the week when you work the Saturday and/or Sunday. * Regular shifts can vary and have flexible start times during the hours of operation. * We're a family-owned business with a strong commitment to employee growth and development, and we're dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at arenaflex.
