If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied. * Assisting in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. * Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that our products are always available and easily accessible for our customers. * Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our POS system, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, reporting any incidents or concerns to management promptly. * Performing all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising. **Position Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. You should be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. * Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred, but not required.
