Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via telephone, managing a large volume of inbound calls, and serving as a liaison between arenaflex and its customers. You will combine excellent customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our company, and your goal will be to deliver exceptional support and build lasting relationships with our customers.
