Determining when hospital requests require escalation, based on complexity or high-priority needs, and effectively resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Documenting customer interactions and complaints in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and detailed records of all customer communications. Collaborating with internal departments, including sales, customer service, and accounts receivable, to ensure the provision of 100% service level to our customers while adhering to company quality and revenue recognition policies. Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, responding to questions and concerns in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner. Engaging, interacting, and responding to customers in a positive and professional manner, encouraging positive business relationships and promoting customer loyalty. Processing all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in our customer service delivery. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service function. Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth. Potentially serving as a specialized representative for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) or Points of Contact (POCs), providing expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require: At least 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
