Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. You will be responsible for answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email, and will work closely with our Sales Department to provide administrative support and ensure seamless communication. Key Responsibilities Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Provide excellent customer service to both customers and blithequark personnel, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive. Perform accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through blithequark's escalation process. Partner with and provide administrative support to blithequark's Sales Department, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration. Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients. These include: 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers. Prior Accounts Receivable experience, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, communication, and problem-solving skills. Verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone and email etiquette, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Essential skills, including active listening, responsiveness, and a personable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Computer skills, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and TEAMS, and the ability to learn new systems and software quickly. Time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and a collaborative, team-player approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions, and a comfortable and confident approach to performing basic mathematical skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing. Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
