Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media Utilize your interpersonal skills to achieve excellent customer satisfaction results, keeping our customers front and center as our north star Assist customers with questions relating to product usability, including proactively identifying customer needs through problem recognition, de-escalation, and providing first contact resolution Accurately document customer interactions using our Customer Relationship Management software Be a specialist on arenaflex's product, features, and functionality to confidently promote the benefits of being an arenaflex user Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve your knowledge and skills Who You Are To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in a customer service or communications role. You should have a consistent track record of working independently to complete a high volume of customer cases and be proficient in the use of web-based products, MS Office, and Client (or a similar CRM system). Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
