You will work as part of a supportive team, utilizing cutting-edge technology to dispatch and return equipment, inspect and maintain equipment, and provide unparalleled support to our customers. Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, both inside and outside our centers. You will use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks and trailers, clean and inspect equipment, and answer questions and educate customers regarding our products and services. Key Responsibilities Assist customers inside and outside blithequark centers with our products and services Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory Move and hook up trucks and trailers Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels Answer questions and educate customers regarding our products and services Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental Install hitches and trailer wiring Fill propane (certification offered through blithequark upon employment) Drive a forklift (certification offered through blithequark upon employment) Participate in ongoing continuous education through blithequark University Perform other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous customer service experience Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a team environment Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair Ability to use smartphone-based technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to move and lift equipment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
