You will be working with a cruise line, assisting customers with questions about upcoming cruises and booking vacations. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person communication channels. Utilizing a variety of communication channels to engage with customers, including phone, email, and in-person, to provide accurate and helpful product information. Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert-level customer support, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations. Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, and staying up-to-date with new product releases and features to provide the best possible support to customers. Entering customer data into our database, and maintaining accurate records, while ensuring data entry is accurate and up-to-date. Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues, and providing feedback to improve our products and services. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak other languages. Proficiency in English, and experience in a customer-facing role or a related field. Strong analytical skills, and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to handle multiple priorities at once, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Knowledge of customer support software and tools, and experience with data entry and the ability to maintain accurate records. Strong phone etiquette, and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, with a friendly and professional tone. Familiarity with the principles of sales and customer service, and the ability to provide expert-level customer support. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Fluency in Spanish, or other languages, to provide support to our diverse customer base. Experience working in a remote environment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the cruise industry, or experience working with cruise lines, to provide expert-level customer support.
