Key Responsibilities and Outcomes As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on assisting and supporting inbound and outbound customer interactions through various channels, including calls, chats, SMS texts, emails, and more. Your goal will be to resolve all customer inquiries, requests, and needs efficiently and effectively, ensuring that every customer interaction is met with exceptional service. Key responsibilities include: Supporting continuous calls and digital support channels into our Customer Support Center (CSC) Providing exceptional service to every customer, every time, through effective problem-solving and consistent standards of service Performing all assigned activities related to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations Selling flights and ancillary products and services, contributing to sales excellence Maintaining KPI performance standards as defined by the CSC, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness Requirements for Success To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Successful completion of new hire training, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your position Providing a safe and professional office-work environment, free from background noise and distraction, which is essential for working from home Able to pass a ten (10) year background check, ensuring the highest level of integrity and trustworthiness Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located, complying with all legal and regulatory requirements Providing a high-speed internet connection to meet work from home requirements, ensuring seamless and efficient communication Flexible and able to work at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating a commitment to customer support and sales excellence Education and Experience Requirements We are looking for candidates with: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma, providing a foundation for further learning and development One (1) year of customer service or sales experience, which will enable you to hit the ground running and make a meaningful contribution to our team Competencies and Skills To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following competencies and skills: Technical proficiency in working with CSC systems/programs/tools, including but not limited to: Radixx Res, RadixxGo, ZenDesk, and MIS Choice DCS Ability to answer continuous calls and digital messages (i.e., chat, SMS text, email, etc.), demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate through complex processes while interacting with a customer, showing patience, empathy, and understanding Ability to navigate through concurrent digital interactions with more than one customer at a time, demonstrating multitasking and organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer, facilitating effective communication and data management Previous sales and call center experience is preferred, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training and support Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work Behavioral Competencies We are looking for candidates who embody the following behavioral competencies: Organizational fit with arenaflex's core values of Safety First, Keep it Simple, Do the Right Thing, and One Crew, demonstrating a commitment to our culture and philosophy Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communication skills, including grammar, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues Strong customer service skills, providing exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships with our customers Regular attendance and punctuality, demonstrating reliability and responsibility Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, showing emotional intelligence and resilience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
