Job Overview blithequark's Customer Care division is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our millions of plan members, providing heart-driven service and support to ensure a seamless health care experience. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Take inbound calls, providing clear and concise information to help members understand their coverage options and simplify their health care experience. Offer solutions and support to resolve member inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine concern for improving their quality of life. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution and provide feedback to continuously improve our services. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on health care trends and industry developments. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience. Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner. Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life. Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. Compensation and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour.
