Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding medication coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions Provide solutions and support to clients to help them better understand their coverage and options Offer heart-driven support and improve the overall healthcare experience for our clients Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry. You should also be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
