Our commitment to customer satisfaction, quality service, and community involvement has earned us a reputation for excellence, and we're now seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. **Job Role:** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department * Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates * Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery * Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team * Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns **Schedule:** Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work a flexible schedule, with the following arrangements: * Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) * Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break), excluding Wednesdays **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous call center experience, with at least one year of experience in a similar position * The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work independently * Familiarity with major cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) with precision and efficiency **Remote Work Requirements:** As a remote worker, you'll need to provide: * High-speed internet access * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise **Benefits and Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
