As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, addressing their questions and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members, answering questions and addressing concerns related to their pharmacy benefit plans Provide clear and concise information regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Offer solutions and support to simplify our members' healthcare experience Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance regulations, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
