**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Flight Service Administration**

As a valued member of our team, you'll be empowered to take on new challenges, develop your skills, and become the best version of yourself. **Why You'll Love This Role** As a member of the Flight Service Administration Group within the Customer Experience Division at blithequark, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: * Handling telephone requests and performing various duties related to airline steward organization, such as finance, time away cycles, family leave recodes, and assisting with setting up training and travel to training. * Understanding and explaining policies and procedures as per the AA/APFA Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement. * Managing a high volume of calls and communicating with various departments, including airline stewards, management, and the association representing airline stewards. * Reporting conversation records with accuracy and in a timely manner. * Providing consistent and clear information to clients and understanding issues presented over the phone and providing solutions according to policy and procedure. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling telephone requests and performing various duties related to airline steward organization in both the Semi-automated Business Exploration Environment (Saber) and Team Movement Global positioning framework (Felines). * Understanding and explaining policies and procedures as per the AA/APFA Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement. * Managing a high volume of calls and communicating with various departments, including airline stewards, management, and the association representing airline stewards. * Reporting conversation records with accuracy and in a timely manner. * Providing consistent and clear information to clients and understanding issues presented over the phone and providing solutions according to policy and procedure. **Favored Capabilities and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * Experience working with a unionized workforce and knowledge of the airline steward JCBA * Past call center or customer service experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions independently * Willingness to work additional hours to address operational issues * Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Knowledge of Microsoft Office * Familiarity with Saber, DECS, and RES * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to understand and explain policies and procedures * Ability to manage a high volume of calls and communicate with various departments **What You'll Get** At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage * Virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts * 401(k) program with employer contributions * Employee assistance program * Pet insurance and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more **Join Our Team** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and empowering.
