Job Summary blithequark is seeking skilled and professional Customer Service Representatives to join its call center team, providing exceptional service to clients and their customers via phone. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, striving to create a positive experience for each caller. Your primary objective will be to listen to customers, understand the reason for their call, address all inquiries, and provide accurate and efficient responses.
