Your primary responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, providing clear and concise information to address their concerns Accurately documenting call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions Providing empathetic and personalized support to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Schedule and Training The schedule for this role will be as follows: Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks) Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring that our customers receive uninterrupted support During the training period, you will have the opportunity to learn about our systems, processes, and policies, as well as develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
