Provide technical assistance to applicants, helping them navigate our application system and complete their applications successfully. Navigate our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicants' questions, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our application programs, allowing you to provide excellent support and guidance to applicants. Identify areas for improvement in our workflows and suggest solutions to enhance the overall applicant experience. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues in a professional and courteous manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to meet the needs of diverse applicants. Technical savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes, including our computerized application system. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a high level of organization and attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and priorities. Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat), prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet performance goals. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Bilingual abilities, with fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, or other languages. Familiarity with our application programs and systems, or similar technologies. Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed to meet business needs.
