Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service in fast-paced environments. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Technical savviness, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, and a strong understanding of computerized systems and software applications. Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, although we are open to discussing flexible scheduling arrangements.
