Experience using Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Real VNC, and working with PDFs, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. Familiarity with reading and interpreting measurements, with attention to detail and accuracy. A reliable, high-speed internet connection, with a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions. A MacBook is required for this role, with the ability to use our systems and tools to deliver exceptional customer service. Availability to work EST hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities as needed.
