Responsibilities As an e-Service Chat Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Assisting customers, contractors, and business partners through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication, adhering to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage. Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and contractors, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions.
