As a Customer Support Representative, you will be working closely with our Media and Entertainment team to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. **About the Role** As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide them with a positive experience.
