Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team for a temporary summer employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll participate in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, answering customer questions related to the Department of Education's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You'll utilize your excellent communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities to provide consistent high-quality service to our customers. This is a remote, full-time temporary position with a scheduled assignment of 45 to 90 days of employment.
