About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program to specialize in one of our consumer lending brands. Post-training, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be the face of our brand, providing quality support and education to our customers, and handling all customer inquiries, requests, and account-related tasks.
